Picking mine up tomorrow. My wife even said something to me about how she wanted to play this. (a very rare occasion indeed)
Nothng wrong with taking a great game and giving it a new coat of paint. Some people have complained about the price, but as was already said, some $60 games don't last this long. And more to the point some $60 games aren't worth 10 hours of your time!
That's what I'm saying! Burnout tried it with the pic when you takedown an opponent, but it's just not the same. When I trounce a friend I want to be able to put the controller down and quietly walk out of the room so they can sit in their shame, alone.
Ahhh yes.. laptops. A pseudo safe and effective way to create sterile men all over the world! When i used to have a behemoth of a laptop i would have jumped for one of these. Now with my Mac, it's almost a moot point.
Last i saw i think it was developed by Altered Minds. i think.
Had been wondering what this game was about. Probably one of the only WiiWare games out there that interested me at all.
I have to agree with Rob on this one. You can't really say that anything has a structure to old to be relevant anymore. They just released two versions of Street Fighter recently and people ate it up. Halo, Super Mario, Zelda, they all do the same things over and over with minor tweaks.
This game is the reason that phrase started... People love games that are like other games. I know that sounds ridiculous but it's true. Think of how many games "borrowed" from Doom and Wolfenstein 3D back in the day. This game is a new spin on an old formula. Find something that works, make it your own, and put it back out for consumption.
People will come... oh yes, people WILL come.
They made some minor improvements in the game (including bumping up the Raiders rating) all of which add to the overall appeal on the game. Now if i can only improve on my Win/Loss record from last year in my league.
Was this made for the Virtual Boy. Cause I still have mine and was looking for a new game. Also load screens that drop a static pic on you in ANY game are simply inexcusable now on current systems.
Some games you never finish for one reason or another. Then there are games that you go through and complete many times just because they are so good.
If the words " titles listed " were taken out then that would make the difference? Or should they have listed every title available to PS3 owners? I think what they were saying is that those are the most well known exclusives to the console. I think you are reading to far into one sentence.

I couldn't agree more with you. But then again if you don't want to read the opinions of other gamers DON'T READ REVIEWS!! Every person on the planet has a different opinion on a game/movie/song/anything. One person may think that inFamous is the best game ever, while another may think that Bubsy 3-D was the greatest ever... That's the point of saying it's one persons opinion. I have yet to come across a Tower Defense Game that i liked. Even the rudimentary version based around Final Fantasy wasn't enough. But i have tried the original version of this when it was a flash based game. It's quirky and fun, just can't go the distance with me.
Soooo much stuff to look at on screen at once. It's pure chaos, and it's fun the entire time.
